Ages 5-11 at 2:30-3:15 pm
Perfect for beginner and intermediate swimmers. Introduction, and in-depth review, of all competitive strokes, fine tune breathing, develop proficient kicks. Lap swimming with flip turns and diving. Be prepared for swim team, review skills, get ready for camp or vacation!

Ages 12-17 at 3:15-4:00 pm
Whether you’d like to review what you learned in swim lessons many seasons ago, train for swim team during your off season, or are considering a camp counselor and/or lifeguard position near water, this is for you. Set the foundation for a lifelong love of safe swimming by mastering all of the strokes and skills.

Ages 18-105 at 4:00-4:45 pm
Novice and competitive swimmers, as well as triathletes welcome. Master your technique in all competitive strokes, as well as survival strokes. Prepare for open water swimming. Enhance diving. Increase your distance like a pro.
Email karissa@beswimhappy.com with name(s) and age(s) of swimmer(s), and any questions. Registration via PayPal invoice. $50 per swimmer per clinic, maximum of 6 swimmers per clinic session.
Additional requirements include Cressi brand adjustable fins, goggles and a swimsuit, rash guards and/or wetsuit. Swim caps suggested. Competent swimming is a necessary life skill, which is why swimhappy offers a sliding scale payment option to make clinics more accessible for families and individuals.
